HolliWalk is the Home Trust’s fourth neighborhood, located at Price Street and Holli Place in Friday Harbor. This community features eight high-quality, energy-efficient homes across four duplexes. Each duplex includes two 1,000 sq. ft. homes, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two parking spaces per residence.

Sustainability is a cornerstone of HolliWalk. The homes are equipped with triple-glazed windows, high R-value insulation, photovoltaic readiness, and durable, low-maintenance materials. Exceeding state energy codes by nearly 18%, the project also anticipates grants for solar panels, which will further reduce energy costs for low- and moderate-income homeowners. Construction began in May 2022, and residents moved in by October 2023.
